I added more hues for light and dark shadows. The light on
dark areas is brings out the detail of cat's features. I also wanted the cat's ears to stand out so I blended in more light surrounding him. Since this should of been done before I worked on him, I will be correcting his outer hairs to cover the background. One thing I like about Acrylics is that it is forgiving in layers. thank you, if you are painting fur, you use a fan brush, if you are drawing it, you follow the lines of the hair and leave highlights.
